Most of us are in our daily grind, it could be to deal with our work situations, our relationships, our surroundings. And while we juggle with different things at the same time we get drained and loose the confidence of finding our space of being courageous and visualize ourselves where we want ourselves to be.
It becomes important to build the mind body connection to maximize your energies and build courage.Pay attention to your physical and emotional sensationsto be more aware of both your pleasant and unpleasant feelings, so that you can take actions that will best work for you. Remain to the openness that we don’t know all the answers and taking time to grow through our everyday learning that brings courage,
Evaluate your emotions, notice your wandering mind to focus, your thoughts that are non judgmental, kind and brings awareness of being courageous and overcoming blocks of hindrances.If you are more aware of what is going on physically, emotionally and in your surrounding you can be more courageous and thoughtful to take the steps that are more attuned to your requirements.
Your brain is how you want to train it to be, so don’t being that negativity that shuts you down. Develop the authentic yourself to express with the right intention and courage. Be courageous to be who you are and vision your life bigger than where you are. You find more courage as you abandon your fears of not overcoming them.Fear is nothing but your own thoughts that put you down. So put your heart fully to take actions that will reap pleasure.
Visualize yourself repeatedly of being brave and successfully carrying out a task with confidence.Your subconscious mind will start think courageously and take instructions as you visualize. Have positive images in your mind of yourself acting with competence and courage.

HELLO 🙂 I am back here after a gap that has been unavoidable.*Before I continue, I want to thank all my readers who have mentioned to me that they read what I post and have been missing my writings lately. YES ! I am trying my best to get back and and stay connected with you through SHARING MY EXPERIENCES and THOUGHTS.
In one of my earlier posts I had mentioned nature is whimsical and magical bringing joy that may seem small but is in fact its BIG ! Yesterday I got the opportunity to encounter nature while on a picnic to Bakers Park, Calgary and small bunch of us friends ventured to hike and explore the woods and the surroundings.
When you step in the domain of nature every site is a joy, that brings lot of peace.
The connection is deep with your inner well being and you relax with a clarity of mind and soul that is relaxed and calm.
You smile at…. The trees, flowers, leaves, flowers, fallen twigs, any fruit or dragonfly , butterfly that you see and these smile back at you.
The surroundings are pure and the silence in the woods opens your mind and soul.
Once you truly discover nature’s beauty, it is a place where you would want to spend more time, solely connected with your inner self deep within that is so peaceful and positive.
I definitely feel REJUVENATED 🙂 and RADIATING 🙂

Yesterday evening, as I lay down still on my bed with my very sore body, I happened to move my head towards the large window of my room. There was sudden joy to see the open skies as the sun set. The shades of yellow and orange brushed across the canvas of sky.
There was something around me that was so joyful and positive. I took no time to hold my cell lying by my side to capture the view that enchanted my feelings and was magical. The next few minutes were spent admiring the sun rays that were sharp to make the nature so beautiful. I completely forgot my pain and I strongly feel it is the mind set we can change.
I am glad nature is so whimsical that can bring the positive energy within you, it can evoke your inner wellbeing that every human being is worth of. We all need to understand the power of nature. It brings the little joys that are in fact big. As you get closer to nature there is bonding of inner you and the peace you can find yourself in.
(At Food Bank) (Close to nature) In 2000 my mom had introduced me to a Reikhi Master, from whom she would go for a treatment. Later we both learned the art of Rekhi practice from that expert Master seeing its importance. During the lessons, it was interesting to get educated how energies work in human beings.
The aura of human beings is directly proportional to the health of an individual. I have been quiet convinced by this fact, witnising health of individuals changing when these energies are balanced. I dug into my notes and recalled our our body is surrounded by five layers/levels.
To experience harmony, balance & well being in every aspect of physical life it is important that all the layers of vibrating energy contribute to our existence function together as an integrated whole. All these levels have vibrations and form the vibes that you emit to the surroundings.
Unfortunately we invest our energies at the wrong places by not making good choices and not realizing we are draining ourselves. We drain our energies when we develop the negative feelings and emotions toward our surroundings in our thoughts and actions. Every single thought negative or positive makes you a person as a whole.
So it is important we invest our energies into kindness, gratitude, love, appreciation, meditating. It may seem complex but can be attained by simple day to day positive actions. Once we develop the attitude of using these energies in the right direction we get a great sense of inner well being.
So hang on to investigate your energies that will be meaningful for your well being 🙂
You can understand your journey of life better and make it more beautiful if you unlock your potentials. Know your inner self by discovering the diverse things you could be able to perform. Many times people get staggered and approach life in a different way that makes them distant from their inner potentials. Your own false assumptions can hold you back in knowing what you really hold inside. Practice the following that can help you to unlock your potentials :
1. Believe in yourself:
Always believe in yourself in what you want to do. Only you can give permission to your own heart to take a step and go ahead to do. This could be anything example – working on a project, speaking out to an audience, creating an art piece, performing an act etc. Remember when you believe in yourself you gain self confidence and self esteem.
2. Don’t fear the rejection:
You could be holding back to perform with a fear of getting rejected by the people around or the public. Leave the fear behind. Only you know what works best for you. You could find success from the very first try or get success after couple of tries. Your main goal should be to perform. Eventually you will turn it to a point where you get recognized by your conscious of peace and the surroundings .
3. Don’t value your potentials with materialism:
I have seen people missing out to unlock their potentials when they weigh it with money. They think it is a waste of time as they they won’t be earning much out of it. They fail to understand the importance of potentials on a larger scale of life, gaining rich experiences and knowing the true meaning of joy.
4. Get Inspired:
Be open minded and get inspired from things that excite you. Be positive to adapt to situations or activities that make you happy. Get interested in things and you will get to see the opportunities will fall in front of you.
5.Go beyond your comfort level and be a learner:
When you are a continuous leaner you find yourself gaining valuable experiences and unlocking your potentials. Once you realize to go beyond your comfort level you will take more challenges and help to know about more different that you can do or love to do.
-While I was relishing a peach, I was reflecting on my week. A week that had a combination of progress and harsh moments.
-I looked on one of counters in the kitchen with a Buddha Vase being hit by a light and darkness behind. For me it was a metaphor of light beaming through the darkness.
-When we see darkness around, we have negative feelings of anger, denial and hopelessness.
-On seeing the darkness we want to run away by severing from the world around and in the process try to find ways. In the whole process we get drained and miserable. Our energies are being focused on the negative feelings.
-By insulating ourselves from the world around or moving to a completely different environment we don’t bring change in the misery we feel from inside.
–Instead we have to focus on the brighter light, that can bring change for us within that will make us more positive and joyful.
-It will be a challenge, but by staying calm you have to look at the good around you.
-Finally at one point your way will get clearer with light that helps you to keep moving forward with positive thoughts.
-Thoughts that make a deeper sense which have to be channelized into energies that show your progress in a positive way.
–Thoughts and actions that will make you confident and you will be able to see light with diminishing darkness.
–The light will empower over the darkness.
-If you face darkness of negativity, instead of running away from darkness find out the solutions that will help you to see the light.

Colours can inspire you in many big ways. The picture at the top was taken immediately when I noticed joy in my mood and I wanted to share with you power of colours. This also makes the colours to be used specifically for specific occasions and tasks. It is a non verbal communication that can bring a change from situation to situation. They have a healing power and make you journey of life empowered.
They can inspire you in your LEARNING, CREATIVITY and CONFIDENCE levels.
They influence your moods.
Colour deprivation can lead to be non inspiring and non stimulating in positive actions
Have you ever noticed when you are feeling low or stressed, colours can bring a a change in the mood. Even though it could be momentary, they can help in bringing a change in your mind set. When you are having a stressful conversation, that could relate to work/home/relationships bring your notice to the colours around you and experience the change in your mind set.
Yellow is one of my favorite colour as it brings positive feeling and encourages creativity.
Red creates alertness, excitement and energize you.
Blue creates sense of well being and inhibits your appetite.
Brown brings a sense of relaxation and reduces fatigue
Orange increases your alertness.
Green makes you calm.
Off white helps in maintaining attention.
Purple colour makes you calm.

Today I took the liberty of keeping the sketchbook in lap in my bedroom instead of my studio. It meant replenishing the inner urge of expression and freedom of thoughts through art. I used charcoal as a medium for throwing my thoughts of the landscape I saw two days ago.
Sketching a beautiful healthy horse grazing the dry grass as the snow melted, meant for me the existence of strength and grace of the living form. I am not happy with the clouds in my sketch but it does identify the vast skies and the bounties of nature that we can rely upon for the joys and the moments of wellness. To add some character I felt the need of adding few pine trees far off.
Art is a form of language that an artist uses to express what he feels about the surroundings or thoughts. It is a way of communication with the viewer, no matter what the medium is. Creating art only for the sake of selling can take away the motivation and restricting your self expression. Many times you also feel the need of experimentation that may lead to a beautiful creation of creativity. There is an excitement created with every piece of art, as it stirs the emotion of critique.
Myself expressing through art in a very unchained form of restrictions and environment.
