Believe In Your Work !!

I am writing this post while I am on vacation. I am at total leisure – relaxing, enjoying food and nature around me. The best that I am like is, I can devote time reflecting and paint.

It was a truly humbling experience when Boston Pizza at a trendy location featured my art work at their December 9th- Mix and Mingle Night”. I believe each time we take out our work, apart from meeting many people, we also get to know what they think about your art. There is always a possibility your work being sold or you are commissioned a work. People when appreciate art and buy original work , they understand they are not only buying a piece but also an artists hard work, part of soul and precious moments of someones joy :))

Havana Street

One of the best things in old Havana are the streets with colourful buildings and its Classic cars that people like to flash around. These have been in the country before 1950’s and can be seen in flashy colours. My todays painting was in acrylics- ‘Havana Street’ size- 20 x 30 inch. My focus here was to capture the essence of my travel and the wonderful time I had in Havana. Also I wanted to create texture and bring the brightness in the canvas.
